Progress

The realistic approach definitely looks to be too ambitious as the formant shaping required for the Tiger would be quite intense, but also with the prospect of not sounding too good, given the amount of formant data required to produce a convincing sound.

The usability and flexibility in just "A Tiger Synthesiser" is quite limited in application and further work.

Given this I have defined a new outcome to make a human vocalisation tool that can produce animal sounds that can be semi-realistic and exaggerated/fantastical for the use of sound designers in film, animation and video games.

The Tiger formant list that detailed only 4 formants across a duration of 1.6s and was 8 pages long charting 824 formants.

To highlight the scale of impracticality of the data analysis in order to pursue the realism approach;

So the dynamic formant filtering might not be so desirable, practical or functional in developing a sound process tool that can be used for a variety of processes. (Analysed via Praat's formant listing tool).
